BAGHDAD
– Talal Abu-Ghazaleh &
Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult),
a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), signed an agreement
with the Iraqi Trainers Union for cooperation and coordination in
holding specialized training courses.
The
agreement further stipulates the implementation of face-to-face training
courses conducted by certified lecturers and trainers to boost the professional
capacity of the participants in the accounting, auditing, finance and banking
fields, in addition to other areas related to professional and administrative
development.
Additionally,
the agreement states the formation of a joint task force tasked to study future
cooperation in holding joint courses, seminars, conferences and workshops. The
task force will also deliberate on developing professional curricula for the
certificates acknowledged by the two parties, in addition to the issuance of
professional certification in the accounting, auditing, finance and banking
fields.
Furthermore,
the two sides agreed on holding awareness sessions that shed light on the
importance of professional certification and qualifications and its integral
relation with academia, along with exchanging professional publications,
expertise and experts to benefit from the experience of certified trainers from
both organizations.
TAG-Consult expressed its pride in
cooperating with the Iraqi Trainers Union, stressing that this partnership reinforces
the message of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital in disseminating knowledge and
building human capacities in all areas and domains.
The
agreement was signed by Mr. Omar Najeeb, TAG.GD Baghdad Office manager and the
authorized signatory of TAG-Consult and Mr. Zaid Al Janabi, the Unions’
International Relations manager and authorized signatory.
